I work for Colony 47 inside Housing Connect Emergency Support Program managing complex cases for people experiencing chronic homelessness. ESP has an ongoing relationship with the RHH to provide multidisciplinary support for vulnerable people. Taking part in this project is meaningful due to the over-representation of people experiencing mental health barriers who are rough sleeping in Hobart. Colony 47 has a strong commitment to improving mental health awareness and solutions.
